Dr. Sarah Blizzard DNP, PMHNP, FNP is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with 28 years of experience. Committed to accessible care, she specializes in depression, anxiety, substance abuse, panic disorder, OCD, bipolar, ADHD, and insomnia. Dr Blizzard has special interests in treatment resistant depression, sex and pornography addiction, substance abuse, homeless individuals and Military/Veterans. She also is passionate about serving Healthcare Workers, First Responders, Law Enforcement, and utilizes a trauma informed and comprehensive approach to care. Dr. Blizzard earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Maryville University of St. Louis. She earned her family nurse practitioner/Masters degree at the University of Cincinatti and is licensed in the state of Florida. She offers telepsychiatry services and is an advocate for destigmatizing mental health. As a member of the American Nurses Association, she provides compassionate care and welcomes patients of diverse backgrounds and complex medical and mental health issues. 

Yondu is a highly trained service, hearing dog that assists Dr. Sarah Blizzard with her day to day activities. Yondu has been trained and donated by the national organization Canine Companions and has 7 years of experience working along Sarah and the community we serve. Aside from diligently working and assisting Dr. Blizzard with activities of daily living, Yondu enjoys snacking, napping, and playing with his tennis ball.
