Please note that we are accepting cash, credit card, Care Credit, and payment plans for qualified individuals for our health and wellness services. For any health and wellness services, we do not accept insurance. Although insurance is not accepted for our health and wellness services, patients may submit claims to their insurance company for possible reimbursement as an Out-of-Network. For any patients that need any paperwork pertaining to submitting claims, we will be more than happy to assist. With this option, it allows us to provide affordable and accessible care to all individuals seeking our services.
